Check List

It is our pleasure to provide you with the necessary information and documents to begin the Mortgage Broker approval process with First Allied Funding. First Allied Funding has years of experience in the mortgage industry and a staff of highly qualified professionals.

We have provided a checklist below containing the items required when submitting your application. Upon receipt and review of your completed application, we will promptly notify you of our decision regarding your application.

The checklist below are items in the application package

  • Completed and Executed Mortgage Broker Application
  • Completed and Executed Mortgage Broker Agreement
  • Fair Lending Disclosure
  • Exhibit A: Sevices to be performed by Broker
  • Properly Endorsed Corporate Resolution (as applicable)

Submit original, Application, Agreement, W-9, Fair Lending Statement & Resolution of Board of Directors

The following documents are required to complete the application package

  • Copy of all applicable Lending Licenses
  • Copy of Articles of Incorporation/Organization or Partnership Agreement (as applicable)
  • Copy of Corporate By Laws, if applicable
  • Current Financial Statement, including Balance Sheet endorsed by authorized representative
  • Copy of Resume(s) for Company Principle(s), Broker(s) of record
  • DBA registrations, Business Licenses
